As a trained physiotherapist, I draw on many years of medical experience. Physiotherapy is always part of any individual workout plan I create. Our goal is to establish and build up a healthy, athletic body and mind, using preventative measures. The workouts and the workout plans are designed to bring you closer to your goal, step by step.
Through targeted use of exercises appropriate to your performance level, we gradually work upwards from level to level and can objectively determine when you are ready for a safe return to your sport or profession. To this end, we use the Return to Activity Algorithm (RTAA). This enables us to pinpoint your individual performance capacity after an injury. The method is typically used for injuries to the spine or extremities. Your functional ability and your goal always have top priority.
