1. CHECK-UP 
Before your program begins, I take your medical history with findings and perform a check-up. I determine your current fitness level and analyze your personal baseline. A medical check-up helps make this analysis even more precise.

2. ANALYSIS & TESTING 
In the testing phase, we work with your body. Where are there weak points? Using video and testing tools, and other methods, I analyze your movement patterns, endurance and strength.

3. WORKOUT PLAN
Building on your desired workout goal and the check-up results, we create your individual workout plan, together.

4. START
Let’s get started! Good to know: Even if you have a slipped disc, diabetes or other diseases, my experience and continuing education in the medical field means that I take possible complications into account and adapt the workout to your abilities.
